To note the minutes of the Planning & Environment Committee held on 13 May 2014, 20 May 2014, 10 June 2014 and 1 July 2014.
14 Personnel Committee
To note the minutes of the Personnel Committee held on 24 June 2014.
15 Loan Policy
To approve the terms and conditions by which the Council would consider providing a community loan.
16 Chinnor Rugby Football Club in Thame
To consider the terms and conditions of a loan following a decision by the Policy & Resources Committee on 18 February 2014, “to agree in principal to support the project financially by providing a loan, however, the fine detail on the period of the loan and whether interest would be charged would need to be explored in more detail”.
17 Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS)
a) To note the changes to the scheme
