£29,572 to £31,067 Pro Rata

Thame is a vibrant market town with a rich heritage and a strong sense of community. The Council is committed to promoting the town’s unique character, supporting local businesses and delivering events that bring residents and visitors together.
We are seeking a dynamic and creative person to join our small, dedicated team. In this role you will be at the heart of promoting Thame’s events, initiatives and Council activities through innovative use of multi-media and social platforms. You will support the planning, organisation and delivery of community events that enhance the town’s vibrancy and foster strong relationships with residents, businesses and local organisations.
A willingness for professional development and to undertake role/sector-specific training is essential.
An interest in local issues and previous experience working in local government is desirable.
