Corporate Social Responsibility

If your business is looking to invest employees time, funding or gifts in kind as part of your Corporate Social Responsibility then why not do it by engaging with one of the many charity and Community Groups in Thame?

The following opportunities are currently available, with details being update all the time. Make sure to visit our Opportunities page for group volunteering opportunities too.

Business in the Community

Thame and District Rotary Club’s Business in the Community programme involves volunteers from local businesses joining employees from other businesses, to undertake community projects, during company time. Rotary identifies projects through its links with local authorities, local charities and other similar organisations. The projects are generally of a practical nature requiring a different skill set to those used during the volunteer’s normal work.

Reciprocate

Reciprocate is a group of businesses that are working together to improve the lives of people in Oxfordshire. It is a responsible business network that enables companies to become more effective and strategic in the way they support their local community.

Reciprocate member companies believe that, by working together, sharing ideas and collaborating on projects, they can realise their good intentions through the power of many.

Other volunteering opportunities

If you are looking for a project that gives your staff the opportunity to get stuck in, doing something to serve the local community, or enable team building, then there are many groups who would benefit from additional hands for a short term project such as painting, litter picking, running a workshop, and more.
