You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of the Full Council on Tuesday 17 January 2023 at 6.30pm (maximum two hours) in the Upper Chamber (Thame Town Hall) for the transaction of business as set out on the attached agenda.

6 MW.0163/22 – Land adjacent Sewage Works, Moorend Lane

Use of part of the land as a permanent aggregate and soil recycling facility, with final restoration of the remaining land to agriculture by regrading already deposited materials. Erection of a new site office and weighbridge, and retention of the surfacing of part of the site with hardcore.

To consider a response to the planning application.

16 Thame Community Land Trust

To agree in principle, subject to changes in the S106 agreement between Thame Community Land Trust and South Oxfordshire District Council and practical completion certificates being issued, that the Town Council take ownership / management responsibilities for areas of public open space on Thame Community Land Trust’s development site off Windmill Road, Thame.

17 Land Registry – Change to Boundary at 9a Bell Lane

To note the change to Church Meadow (Cricket Club) Boundary, on the cricket side of the ditch between Church Meadow and no. 9 Bell Lane.

18 Exclusion of the Public
