To agree an allowance of £2000 for expenses incurred during the civic year.
To approve the Committee Structure, Terms of Reference and Responsibilities.
9 Appointment of Standing Committees
To appoint Members to the:
(a) Planning and Environment Committee
(b) Culture, Leisure and Recreation Committee
(c) Policy and Resources Committee
(d) Personnel Committee
(e) Neighbourhood Plan Monitoring Committee
10 Outside Organisations
To agree the Council nominations to Outside Organisations.
11 Schedule of Meetings
To approve the schedule of meetings for 2013-2014.
12 Mayor’s Report
To receive the Mayor’s report and any such communications as the Mayor may wish to lay before the Council.
13 Report from County Councillor
To receive the report of County Councillor N Carter (5 minutes maximum).
14 Reports from South Oxfordshire District Councillors
To receive reports from Cllrs D W Bretherton, D W Dodds, A Midwinter and M Welply (Maximum of 5 minutes each).
15 Notices of Motion
Proposed by Cllr M Stiles:
“That this Council include £500 in its budget annually to cover publicity and a skip for Tidy Thame Day”.
“That this Council provide two more ‘dog bins’ on the Phoenix Trail, at Moreton Lane and at Coombe Hill Crescent”.

To approve as a correct record the Minutes of the Council Meeting held on 9 April 2013.
