5 Planning Applications
1626 – LAND OFF RYCOTE LANE, CHRISTMAS HILL, RYCOTE LANE
S73 application to vary conditions 16(Surface Water Drainage), 17(Foul Drainage) and 18(Sustainable Drainage Scheme) on application P17/S4415/FUL. (Relocation of Thame Livestock Market with buildings to accommodate agricultural sales, lairage, administrative offices, welfare facilities, business units, and associated external works to include highway access, roadways, vehicle parking, vehicle washing and other ancillary works)

Proposed single rear extension and veranda to replace existing conservatory and veranda.
1628 – 24 ONSLOW DRIVE
A full garage conversion of the integral garage.
1629 – WHITELEAF FURNITURE LTD LUPTON ROAD
Alterations to an existing building and use as altered as a builders merchant (storage, distribution, trade counter, offices, tool hire and ancillary retail) with associated external storage, resurfacing of yard, erection of 2.4m high fence and gates and construction of a means of access to Lupton Road.

Erect fixed glazed canopy roof and four retractable awnings over passage at side of theatre.
6 For Information
a) Amended Plans – P21/S1511/FUL – Land North of Rycote Lane – Variation of condition 2 (Approved Plans) for off-site highway works incorporating alterations to Rycote Lane in application P17/S4441/O. (As amended by plans received 30 August 2022).
To note that having reviewed the amended plans, Officers consider that it would not change the Town Council’s recommendation made on 25 May 2021 of No Comment.
b) Pavement Licence Application – To note that the Town Council has been consulted on a re-application for a Pavement Licence at Black Goo Café. There are no changes to the furniture or plans from their respective previous applications. The only change relates to the times – this application extends the hours to 5pm (from 4pm) on Sundays & Mondays, and to 9:30pm on Tuesdays-Saturdays. Due to this application having a 7-day consultation period ending 20 September 2022, the application was considered by email.
The committee raised no objections to the pavement licence application.
