a) P20/S2852/LB – Amendment No.1 – 5A Buttermarket – To install non-illuminated wooden and vinyl lettering to existing wooden fascia sign and non-illuminated projecting sign (As amended by plans received 29 September 2020).

To note that having reviewed the amended description and additional information, it is the Officer’s view that it would not alter the Town Council’s recommendation made on 15 September 2020 to Support the application subject to no objection from the District Conservation Officer.

b) P20/S2545/FUL – Amendment No.1 – 6 Kings Close – Erection of two-storey 1-bedroom end of terrace dwelling, and two storey rear extension and single storey front extension to the existing dwelling. (as amended plans received 28th September 2020, setting the proposed dwelling back from the pavement by 1m, amending the footprint and design of rear projection).

To note that having reviewed the amended description and additional information, it is the Officer’s view that it would not alter the Town Council’s recommendation made on 25 August 2020 to Object on the grounds of poor amenity space and overdevelopment (6a Kings Close) and loss of natural light (6 Kings Close).

c) P20/S1777/FUL – Amendment No.3 – 2 Garden City – Demolition of existing bungalow and erection of a 3-bedroom detached dwelling (Plot 1) and a 4-bedroom detached dwelling (Plot 2). (Additional contamination information received 5th October 2020).

To note that having reviewed the amendment, it is the Officer’s view that it would not alter the Town Council’s recommendation made on 16 June 2020, 25 August 2020 and 6 October 2020 to Support the application.

d) P19/S0480/FUL – Amendment No.9 – Thame Service Station, Long Crendon Road – Two Drive Thru (A1, A3, A5) Pods with associated landscaping, hardstanding and other associated works. (Additional forestry information received 7 October 2020)

To note that having reviewed the amendment it is the Officer’s view that it would not alter the Town Council’s recommendation to Object on the grounds of Loss of HGV parking and coach parking.

To further note that the District Planning Committee will consider this application on Wednesday 21 October 2020. The District Planning Officer’s recommendation to Committee is to grant permission. Cllr Emery and the Neighbourhood Plan Continuity Officer will provide representation for the Town Council.
