Change of use and conversion of three agricultural barns to three residential dwellings.
To consider a formal Council response in particular relating to Transport & Highways, Contamination risks on site, Flooding risks on the site, impact of Noise, whether the location or site of the building makes it otherwise impractical or undesirable for the building to change from agricultural use to a use falling within Class C3 (dwelling houses) of the Schedule of the Use Class Order.
8. P17/S2210/FUL – Land Adj. Park Meadow Cottage, Thame Park Road
Erection of 4 x 3 bedroom houses and 5 x 2 bedroom houses, car and cycle parking, bin stores, access and landscaping (layout altered to accommodate revised waste vehicle tracking as shown on amended plans received 1 September 2017).
To receive an update from Cllr Emery and the Neighbourhood Plan Continuity Officer who put forward the Town Council’s various arguments for recommending refusal for planning application P17/S2210/FUL at the District Planning Committee meeting on 29 November 2017.
To formally note that following discussion the District Planning Committee approved the planning application, which is a contrary decision.

a) P17/S3611/HH – Amendment No. 1 – Proposed crossover and parking bays (size of parking bays increased as shown on amended plan received 4 December 2017). The Amendment is for information purposes only. It is considered the proposal to increase the size of the parking bays would not alter the Town Council’s previous recommendation of approval made on 7 November 2017.
b) P17/S2550/FUL – Little Acorn, Land adj. to Acorn Lodge, Moreton. Contrary Decision – the Decision Notice is attached.
c) Notice of Temporary Traffic Order – Road improvement works, prohibition of waiting, loading and unloading in Elms Road between Windmill Road and Broadwaters Avenue.
d) Confirmation of Street naming and numbering – Markus Avenue, Edsell Crescent, Robin Gibb Road and Henry Blyth Gardens.
e) P17/S4297/FUL – Land West of Thame Park Road – Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of Planning Permission P15/S2166/RM Approval of Reserved Matters for residential development of 175 dwellings, including, affordable housing, vehicular access including emergency access, pedestrian/cycle link, landscaping, play space and other open space including allotments, surface water attenuation and ancillary works (as amended by drawings accompanying letters from Agent dated 22 February 2016 and further drawings from Agent submitted 12 March 2016).
The Town Council currently think this is a technical correction only.
f) P16/S3525/FUL – Thames Valley Police, Greyhound Lane – The formal notification of an appeal (first suggested at P&E on 5 September 2017) has now been received.
