The application was determined under delegated powers, and planning permission was granted (decision notice in drop box). Several conditions were added, to ensure that the extension ties in as closely as possible to the existing terrace, and privacy of neighbours is not compromised. The applicant has also been advised to contact the County Council Highways to apply for dropped kerb consent for the additional off-street parking space.
