7. SODC Planning Committee Notification – P17/S3983/HH

We have been notified on the day of agenda publication that planning application P17/S3983/HH, 22 Whittle Road, is due to be discussed at the Planning Committee meeting on 11 April 2018. There has been no time to fully digest the planning officer’s report. To note that a plan of action will be executed via e-mail outside of the meeting cycle.

8. For Information

a) P18/S0799/PDH – 56 Cedar Crescent – Single storey rear extension. The Local Planning Authority has stated it is unable to take any comments but if any Councillor has specific concerns please be prepared to raise them in the meeting.

b) P18/S0721/LDP – 16 Queens Close – Single storey extension and loft conversion including rear dormer. The Local Planning Authority has stated it is unable to take any comments but if any Councillor has specific concerns please be prepared to raise them in the meeting.

c) P18/S0020/HH – 82 Corbetts Way – Loft conversion, including alteration to the rear elevation. To note the Local Planning Authority has refused planning permission agreeing with the Town Council that the proposal would be unneighbourly, overbearing and inappropriate design and contrary to policies ESDQ16, ESDQ17 and ESDQ28 of the Thame Neighbourhood Plan.

d) P18/S0910/PDH – 14 Queens Close – Single storey rear extension. The Local Planning Authority has stated it is unable to take any comments but if any Councillor has specific concerns please be prepared to raise them in the meeting.

f) P18/S0986/PDH – 3 Cotmore Gardens – Proposed single storey rear extension depth 3.6m x height 3.288m x height at eaves 2.260m. The Local Planning Authority has stated it is unable to take any comments but if any Councillor has specific concerns please be prepared to raise them in the meeting.

g) P18/S0244/LDP – 3 Cotmore Gardens – Withdrawn application.

h) P18/S0402/FUL – Amendment No. 1 – Jefferson Way – As amended by plan showing altered parking provision received 21 March 2018. The Town Council recommended approval of the original scheme at the meeting held on 20 February 2018. The amendment to the site plan shows the proposed division of the current Unit 1 into smaller Units 1 and 1A and adds three parking spaces between Units 3 and 5 that were omitted from the original plan. The elevations and floor plans are unchanged. After reviewing the amendment the Officer’s opinion is that it would not alter the Town Council’s original recommendation of approval.

i) P18/S0657/LB – Amendment No. 1 – Coral Racing Ltd, 40 Upper High Street – As amended by plans and information received 26 March 2018. The Town Council recommended approval of the original application at the meeting held on 13 March 2018. The amendment includes amended drawings following receipt of details from the structural engineer (also included). After reviewing amendment the Officer’s opinion is that it would not alter the Town Council’s original recommendation of approval, subject to no objection from the District Conservation Officer.
