To note that having reviewed the additional information, it is the Officer’s view that it would not alter the Town Council’s recommendation made on 15 June 2021 to Support the application.
b) Amended Plans – P21/S2369/HH and P21/S2370/LB – 74 High Street – Renovation and single storey rear extension, new dormer and 2 new rooflights to rear elevation (amended plans received 01 August 2021 showing removal of proposed rear dormer).
To note that having reviewed the amended plans, it is the Officer’s view that it would not alter the Town Council’s recommendation made on 6 July 2021 to Support the application, plus response.
c) Amended Plans – P21/S1632/RM – Land North of Rycote Lane – Reserved matters following outline permission (P17/S4441/O) for appearance, landscaping, layout and scale. The erection of up to 180,000 square feet (up to 16,722 square metres) of B2/B8 with ancillary B1(a) and B1(c) together with parking, drainage, landscaping (structural and incidental) and highway works. (As amended by plans received 18 August 2021)
To note that having reviewed the amendment, Officers consider that they would not alter the Town Council’s comments made by Full Council on 22 June 2021
d) Amended Plans – P21/S2111/LB – Town Farm, 8 Oxford Road – New window to south elevation at front of house, on the left at ground floor level. (Amended plans submitted 18th August 2021)
To note that having reviewed the amended plans, it is the Officer’s view that it would not alter the Town Council’s recommendation made on 27 July 2021 to Support the application, plus response.
e) Amended Plans – P21/S2067/FUL – Land between Elmfield House & The Old Dairy Moreton – Erection of a detached dwelling with garaging, parking and amenity space (removal of the basement, omission of two windows in the north elevation, and increase in size of garage to accommodate plant room as shown on amended plans received 10th August 2021).
To note that having reviewed the amended plans, it is the Officer’s view that it would not alter the Town Council’s recommendation made on 15 June 2021 to Support the application, plus response.
