a) Additional Plans and Information – P21/S1511/FUL – Land North of Rycote Lane – Variation of condition 2 (Approved Plans) for off-site highway works incorporating alterations to Rycote Lane in application P17/S4441/O. The erection of up to 180,000 square feet (up to 16,722 square metres) of B2/B8 with ancillary B1(a) and B1(c) together with parking, drainage, landscaping (structural and incidental) and highway works. (Additional Plans and Information received 24 December 2021).

To note that having reviewed the additional information, Officers consider that it would not change the Town Council’s recommendation to support the application.

b) Additional Plan and Amended Information – P21/S1632/RM – Land North of Rycote Lane – Reserved matters following outline permission (P17/S4441/O) for appearance, landscaping, layout and scale. The erection of up to 180,000 square feet (up to 16,722 square metres) of B2/B8 with ancillary B1(a) and B1(c) together with parking, drainage, landscaping (structural and incidental) and highway works. (Additional Plan received 6.12.21 and Amended Information received 24 December 2021).

To note that application seeks confirmation from the Local Planning Authority that the proposed development is lawful. d) Lawful Development Application – P22/S0115/LDP – 22 Lambert Walk – Proposed garage conversion.

To note that having reviewed the amended plans, it is the Officer’s view that it would not alter the Town Council’s recommendation made on 11 January 2022 to support the application.

g) Contrary Decision – P21/S4226/HH – 3 Kings Road – Single storey extension to rear of property and new boundary wall.

To note that the District Council granted planning permission on 14 January 2022. The Town Council objected to the application on 19 October 2021 on the grounds that the proposed wall on the south-eastern elevation would represent overdevelopment and be contrary to Thame Neighbourhood Plan Policy ESDQ16.

h) Lawful Development Application – P22/S0105/LDP – 48 Corbetts Way – Formation of habitable rooms in roofspace with rear dormer and front rooflights.

To note that application seeks confirmation from the Local Planning Authority that the proposed development is lawful. To note that the amended site location plan addresses an inaccuracy in the original site location plan that showed two, rather than one, vehicle entrance points to the site. The amended plans do not change the Town Council’s recommendation to object to this application made on 21 December 2021.
