To approve as a correct record the Minutes of the meeting held on 5 March 2013.

5 Monitoring Data

a)    To note the additional hours worked during 2012-13 and 2013-14.

b)    To note the recorded absences for 2012-13.

c)    Staff training.

6 Staff Handbook

To note the amendment to the section on Whistle Blowers.

7 Local Government Pension Scheme

To note the information about a merger.

8 Exclusion of the Public

Pursuant to Section 1 (2) of the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960 it is resolved that, because of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted, the public and the press leave the meeting during consideration of: Agenda Items 9 to 12.

9 Staff Contracts

To note the changes recommended by Ellis Whitham, the Council’s HR advisor.

10 Performance Review

To review the performance of the Town Clerk and consider any objectives for 2014-15.

11 Salary and Grades

a)    To agree staff salaries and grades for 2014-15.
