To note the minutes of the Planning & Environment Committee held on 17 December 2013, 14 January 2014 and 4 February 2014.

To note the minutes of the Personnel Committee meeting held on 29 October 2013.
15 Parking – Civil Parking Enforcement (CPE)
To consider supporting the introduction of CPE managed by the district council.

a) To agree £1,000 funding for leaflets
b) To agree £3,000 funding for the visitor information project

To agree a supplementary note on policy wording.
