2 Declarations of Interest and Dispensations

3 Civic Announcements

To receive the report of the Mayor and any such communications as the Mayor may wish to lay before the Council.

4 Public Participation and Public Questions

To consider applications from members of the public to address the Committee (5 minutes maximum), in respect of any item of business included in the agenda.  Applications to speak must have been received by the Town Clerk no later than 5pm on the last working day preceding the meeting.

5 Thame Youth Projects Group

To receive a verbal update from Thame Youth Projects Group (TYPG) on their new Youth Worker, a review of the outreach programme and further thoughts on how the Town Council will continue to work with and support TYPG.

6 Report from County Councillor N Carter

To receive the report of County Councillor N Carter (10 minutes maximum).

7 Reports from South Oxfordshire District Councillors

To receive reports from Cllrs D Bretherton, K Gregory and P Barker (Maximum of 5 minutes each).

To receive a verbal update on the progress towards the possible re-opening of Bledlow Household Recycling Centre.

20 Elms Park – Outline Planning Application – P19/S2785/O

Outline application for landscaping and improvement works to Elms Park including provision of new paths and the relocation and / or replacement of the multi-use games area.

To consider the planning application and agree a recommendation.

22 Bench for Memorial Gardens
