Replacement casement windows in lounge with cosy glazing units. Restoration of front door and frame. Remove existing window in sitting room and replace with replica and make good masonry. Replace lead flashing under seal and wood under lead. Supply and fit cosy glazing units to all fixed casement windows in the lounge. Unit to be frame less with white magnetic tape on cosy glazing and grey magnetic tape on window frames. Restoration: front door; replace bottom left ad panel in door. Cut away bottom left hand side of frame and scarf in new timbers and epoxy fill. Replace right hand side of frame. Sitting room: make good masonry. Supply and fit complete, exact replica window in Euro oak glazed with salvaged glass. Remove existing window, replace lead flashing under seal and wood under lead.

6 Reports from Town Council Representatives

a)    Transport Representative – Cllr Francis reported that she was trying to identify the correct contact at OCC Highways and Arriva with regards to the additional bus stop on the A418 between Shabbington and Tiddington. From February, the Carousel 40 bus will serve the new bus stop on Churchill Crescent, which also serves the Arriva 280, rather than Queens Road. Cllr Midwinter reported that she was pleased to see the new crossing on the ring road following concerns of children’s safety.
