16 Transport Plan Working Group (TPWG)

19 P20/S4693/FUL – Land to the West of Windmill Road – Additional Information received 27 October 2021

To note that having reviewed the additional information (bat survey) received 27 October 2021, it is considered that it would not change the Town Council’s recommendation to support the application.

20 Land North of Rycote Lane, Thame

To note that additional information has been received for both of the following planning applications relating to Land North of Rycote Lane. Having reviewed the additional information, which relates to Highways and Landscaping, Officers consider that it would not change the Town Council’s recommendations / response for either application.

  1. P21/S1511/FUL – Variation of condition 2 (Approved Plans) for off-site highway works incorporating alterations to Rycote Lane in application P17/S4441/O. The erection of up to 180,000 square feet (up to 16,722 square metres) of B2/B8 with ancillary B1(a) and B1(c) together with parking, drainage, landscaping (structural and incidental) and highway works.   2. P21/S1632/RM – Reserved matters following outline permission (P17/S4441/O) for appearance, landscaping, layout and scale. The erection of up to 180,000 square feet (up to 16,722 square metres) of B2/B8 with ancillary B1(a) and B1(c) together with parking, drainage, landscaping (structural and incidental) and highway works. 21 Town Hall Roof and Clock Tower

To note one of the wooden panels to the Clock Tower and the inspection hatch to access the roof are rotten and need replacing, quotations for the work are being sought. Expert advice is being obtained as to whether a structural survey of the roof should be commissioned. The Town Clerk will use their delegated authority for the repair to proceed in consultation with the Mayor, Deputy Mayor and Chairman of the Policy & Resources Committee in line with Standing Orders point 24.
