To receive the report of the Mayor and any such communications as the Mayor may wish to lay before the Council.
4 Public Participation and Public Questions
To consider applications from members of the public to address the Committee (5 minutes maximum), in respect of any item of business included in the agenda. Applications to speak must have been received by the Town Clerk no later than 5pm on the last working day preceding the meeting.

To note the minutes and consider any recommendations arising from the meetings on 14 May 2019 and 16 July 2019.
11 Planning & Environment Committee
To note the minutes and consider any recommendations arising from the meetings on 2 July 2019 and 23 July 2019.
12 Neighbourhood Plan Continuity Committee

16 Bledlow Household Recycling Centre
To receive a verbal update on the progress towards the possible re-opening of Bledlow Household Recycling Centre.
17 Polling Station Review
Further to the e-mails circulated to all Councillors on 16 July 2019, to consider any suggestions for changes to polling station arrangements in Thame, in response to the consultation by South Oxfordshire District Council. Response is required by 27 September 2019.
18 Thame Community Land Trust – Community Loan
To consider a request from Thame Community Land Trust for a possible loan facility to resolve potential cash flow issues.
19 Joint SODC / TTC Charity Fundraiser
To consider in principle a proposal to close the High Street Car Park and service road on a date in spring 2020 for a joint South Oxfordshire District Council (SODC) / Thame Town Council (TTC) fundraising event, on behalf of the Chairman of South Oxfordshire District Council and the Mayor of Thame, with further support details to be established in due course.
20 World Car Free Day
To consider what actions the Town Council should take in support of World Car Free Day on 22 September 2019.
