Redevelopment to form 41 sheltered apartments for the elderly, including communal facilities, access, car parking and landscaping.

17. Standing Orders

Now that the Mayor’s Allowance is agreed at budget setting and the Schedule of Meetings is agreed at calendar year end, to delete Standing Orders 7.0 (h) and 7.0 (l), which requires their review at the Annual Meeting of the Council.

18. Thame Music Festival

Given the support expressed for the proposed Thame Music Festival at the Community, Leisure and Recreation Committee on 25 October 2016, and in response to the request from Jon Littler as part of the presentation, to consider a Councillor nomination for the Music Festival Organising Committee (as another external organisation), reporting into the Community, Leisure and Recreation Committee.
