3 Public Participation and Public Questions

To consider whether the Open Spaces Working Group should extend its litter brief to include dog fouling.

 

10 Litter Campaign / Carnival

To consider in principle whether the Town Council should participate in the Town Carnival parade to promote ‘Keeping Thame Tidy’.

 

11 Thame Carnival Operational Support

To agree event support arrangements for the Town Carnival.

 

12 Her Majesty the Queen’s 90th Birthday Celebrations

To receive an update on celebrations planned for Her Majesty the Queen’s 90th Birthday and resolve allocation of further funds.

 

13 Cricket Club Clubhouse Redevelopment

To note that further to update e-mails circulated to all Councillors on 15 February, 18 February, 9 March and 22 March that the planning application for the Cricket Club Clubhouse Redevelopment has been submitted to South Oxfordshire District Council.

 

14 Open Spaces Working Group / Elms Park Consultation

To receive a verbal update.
