Introducing your new look Thame Town Guide

Look out for your copy in the post!

For the first time, Thame Town Council has produced its annual Town Guide in house. This has enabled us to have full control over the editorial content and layout which has resulted in a Town Guide that, we hope, is easier to read and full of useful information for residents and visitors. Inside the 80 page guide you will find a double-page town events guide, our recently-published council responsibilities graphic and maps of the Town Centre and of Thame, with a handy street index too.

The Town Guides will be delivered to all OX9 2, 3 and 7 postcodes and businesses in Thame over the next three weeks, but if you can’t wait until then – you can view the Town Guide online (or view an accessible PDF version), or pick up a copy from Thame Information Centre.

We hope you enjoy reading the guide! Make sure to check out the adverts inside the guide for the local businesses which have kindly supported the production of this guide.

Please do get in touch with us if you have any suggestions for how we can improve the guide, or if there is something you think should be added.

The project was supported by the Town Centre Working Group, chaired by Cllr Helena Fickling. The group saw value in creating a publication that, as well as providing information to residents, would also function as both a visitor’s guide and as a welcome pack to new residents who had recently moved to the town.
