The War Memorial’s having a makeover

Fencing has been erected in the memorial gardens as part of planned refurbishment work to the war memorial. We appreciate this is a popular place for people to sit and meet with friends and seating is still available around the memorial ponds. The Town Council apologise for any inconvenience caused whilst the works are undertaken.
