How deep is Thame Museum’s love?

Very deep, so deep that this week the museum opened their permanent exhibition based of the wonderful life of Robin Gibb. The opening of the Robin Gibb Gallery had a fantastic turnout and was opened by Robin’s wife and patron of the museum, Dwina Gibb. As well as the large audience awaiting to see the exhibition, Dwina was also joined by her grandchildren. The gallery and exhibition is a great insight into the life of Robin and the Bee Gees, with lots of band memorabilia and personal belongings of Robin and his family. When chatting to Pat Ruxton, the museum’s events co-ordinator and Dwina at the opening, I asked them to describe the exhibition in 3 words, to which they both said ‘legendary, amazing and emotional;’ what more could you want from an afternoon at Thame Museum?

The opening hours of the museum are:
Weds, Fri, Sat 10.00am – 4.00pm
Sun 1.00pm – 4.00pm
