We offer flexible working hours but have particularly high demand during the following times:
Weekday and Weekend work times ranging between 7am starts and 10pm finishes. We can offer flexible hours to suit your needs.
We also have opportunities for 24hr Live-in care (no requirement for a driving licence)
Typical support we provide involves
Personal care and hygiene
Shopping, domestic duties, companionship
NO EXPERIENCE is necessary as fully paid training with our supportive team is provided.
You will be expected to offer homecare and travel between customer visits so it is essential to have access to your own vehicle. Unlike other care companies, we pay for both travel time AND mileage. If you are unable to drive, we do have Live-in care opportunities available!

Do you see yourself helping the elderly community of Thame? Then Thame Senior Friendship Centre (TSFC) and the new Dementia Café 'Memories' need you to help encourage and support our members.
The Trustees are seeking to recruit a new Deputy Manager with the right values and behaviours to take our services forward in the coming years. We aim to provide a caring, sociable, and flexible environment for our members ensuring that we are inclusive, caring and provide support to families/carers. We are keen to recruit someone who can help us ensure our workplace values are at the heart of everything we do.
The Deputy Manager will support the Manager in the day-to-day running of TSFC on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday each week and be responsible for our new Dementia Café at Thame Barns Centre on a Monday morning. Core working hours for TSFC are from 8.30am – 3.30pm and 9.30am – 1.30pm for the Dementia Café (training will be provided). Job share may be possible under the right circumstances.

Youth Worker – Thame Youth Projects

Salary: £19,000 pa (subject to qualifications and experience).
Hours: 30 hours per week including evenings and weekends– 1year fixed term.
Main Purpose of Role:
To be responsible for the running of the Thame Youth Project activities with a team of existing and new volunteers to deliver a structured programme of projects and activities that endeavour to meet the needs of the young people that use the project now and in the future. This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
