1 Apologies for Absence

There were no apologies for absence.

2 Appointment of Chairman

The Mayor called for nominations for the position of Chairman of the Policy & Resources Committee for the 2023-2024 municipal year.

It was moved and duly seconded that Cllr Dyer be appointed Chairman. There being no other nominations it was:

RESOLVED that:

1. Cllr Dyer be appointed Chairman of the Policy & Resources Committee for the 2023-2024 municipal year.

3 Appointment of Deputy Chairman

The Chairman of the Policy & Resources Committee called for nominations for the position of Deputy Chairman of the Policy & Resources Committee for the 2023-2024 municipal year.

It was moved and duly seconded that Cllr Dodds be appointed Deputy Chairman. There being no other nominations it was:

RESOLVED that:

1. Cllr Dodds be appointed Deputy Chairman of the Policy & Resources Committee for the 2023-2024 municipal year.

The meeting concluded at 7:57pm.
