To approve the terms and conditions by which the Council would consider providing a loan to local community groups.

To agree a policy for ensuring openness in providing information.

12 Disposal of Amenity Land

To consider the request to dispose of amenity land at:

a)    Cromwell Avenue

b)    Youens Drive

13 Fees & Charges

To review the Schedule of Charges for 2014-15.

14 Artisan Market

To consider a proposal for an Artisan Market to be organised on a monthly basis.

15 SODC Market Towns Economic Plan

a)    To review the draft Economic Development Action Plan for Thame 2014-15

b)    To consider a funding contribution to two projects:

i)  Shop windows – £1,550 Revenue Funding

ii) Wi-Fi                 -£2,000 Capital Funding/Ongoing Revenue Funding unquantified

16 Community Engagement Strategy

To agree a strategy for developing community engagement and communications with residents.

17 Barns Centre

To receive the draft Annual Report and Accounts.

b)    Christmas working arrangements – to note the opening hours of the Town Hall
