a) P16/S0780/FUL – Contrary Decision – The Nursey, The Mobile Home, Moorend Lane. The District Planning Authority Refused planning permission as the application failed to demonstrate the essential need for the permanent siting of the static caravan or stationing of a mobile home on the site, that the location is outside of the built-up limits of Thame.
b) P16/S0338/FUL – Contrary Decision – Units 10 to 12 Jefferson Way – The District Planning Authority Refused planning permission as the application failed to provide adequate provision for car parking and cycle storage.
c) P15/S4328/FUL – Rear of 1 and 2 Moats Crescent – To note that Planning Permission has been granted.
d) P16/S1256/LDP – 7 Griffin Road – Withdrawal of application (Presumably replaced by Full Planning Application P16/S1638/HH).
