To note that this application was considered via email due to the consultation period closing on 24 May 2023. No objections were raised.

b) Contrary Decision – 42 High Street – P23/S1045/HH – Raising and re-coping lane-facing wall of existing garage by approximately 450 mm, and extending existing garage by approximately 1.5 metre towards garden. Installation of solar panels on garage roof. Replacement of main garage door.

To note that the District Council granted planning permission on 12 May 2023. The Town Council objected to the application on the grounds of impact on neighbouring amenity, loss of light and overbearing.

c) P23/S0707/LDP – Thame Cricket Club, Church Road – Installation of 39 solar panels on the rear (west) pitch roof of the Cricket Club pavilion at Church Meadow, Church Road, Thame. No external ground level works are proposed. All associated equipment (battery, inverter, cabling) will be housed within the pavilion building.

To note that the application seeks confirmation from the Local Planning Authority that the proposed development is lawful and therefore they are unable to take any comments on the planning merits of the proposal into account. If any Councillor has specific concerns, please be prepared to raise them at the meeting.
