a) P17/S1962/LDP – 20 Vane Road – Single storey extension – The Local Planning Authority has stated it is unable to take any comments but if any Councillor has specific concerns please be prepared to raise them in the meeting.

b) Notification of Change of House Names – Moreton

c) P17/S0441/LB – Tithe Barn, Church Road, Amendment No. 1 – Timber and glazed alteration to existing barn doors whilst retaining existing doors.  Reasons – draughts, cold and need of day light, plus with recent flooding, a waterproof barrier.  (As per joinery and glazing details submitted 31 May 2017).

Extension of the consultation time to enable the Town Council to put forward a recommendation on the Amendment could not be given in this instance.  The Planning Decision to grant listed building consent has subsequently been received.

The initial application was discussed at the Planning & Environment Committee meeting on 4 April 2017 and a recommendation of approval, subject to no objection from the District Conservation Officer, was agreed.
