Two storey extension & alterations to the main house. Increase the size of the existing garage to form double garage with home office above.

Single storey rear extension.

Proposed 2-storey side extension and proposed garage conversion and extension, with a new external driveway parking area.

Garage conversion and additional off-road parking space.

Roof and single storey side extensions.

New window to south elevation at front of house, on the left at ground floor level.

6 For Information
a) Amendment No.1 – P21/S2177/FUL – Lord Williams’s Upper School Oxford Road –New build teaching block of approximately 950m2, providing 9 classrooms, an ICT room and supporting ancillary areas. (Updated Tree Information received 8 July 2021).
To note that having reviewed the amendment, it is the Officer’s view that it would not alter the Town Council’s recommendation made on 15 June 2021 to Support the application.
b) Review of Gambling Policy – To note that SODC are consulting on some proposed changes to the joint South Oxfordshire and Vale of White Horse district councils’ Statement of Licensing Principles, otherwise known as the Gambling Policy. As part of the review, the Gambling Policy has been refreshed to bring it up to date with current guidance and to ensure it is clear and fit for purpose. Any comments to the consultation must be made by midnight on 10 August 2021 via https://survey.southandvale.gov.uk/s/ReviewOfGamblingPolicy.
c) Pavement License Application – PAV/14487/21 (Smoochy Moo Moos Ltd, 90a High Street)
To note that, due to a 7-day consultation period ending 21 July 2021, the Town Council has considered this Pavement Licence Application via e-mail and raised no objections to the application, although it was requested that the bins are not stored on the pavement.
d)Withdrawn Application – P21/S2207/LDP – 57 Corbetts Way – Part Garage Conversion & Single Storey Rear Extension.
To note this application was withdrawn on 19 July 2021 prior to determination.
