a)    Transport Representative – Cllr Francis

7 For Information

a)    P19/S3414/LDE – 3A Churchill Crescent – Certificate of Lawful Development for occupation of 3A Churchill Crescent as a dwelling without complying with the terms of condition 6 of planning permission P95/NO151. The Local Planning Authority has stated it is unable to take any comments on any planning merits of the proposal into account but if any Councillor has specific concerns please be prepared to raise them in the meeting.

b)    P19/S2943/HH – 41 East Street – Contrary Decision – Single storey rear extension and two storey side extension (with revised front drive and parking layout submitted 12 November 2019).

To note the District Planning Authority has granted planning permission, the Town Council Objected to the planning application on the grounds of Overdevelopment and Unneighbourly.

c)    P18/S3162/FUL – Milton House, Station Yard – Decision Notice – Erection of a second floor roof extension to the building, providing a further two flats (Amendments to the application received 1st August 2019, reducing the size of the proposed extension, adding the previously approved first floor balcony and demarcating the parking spaces).

To note that on Wednesday 6 November South Oxfordshire District Council’s Planning Committee refused planning permission on the grounds of: out of character and harmful impact upon the street scene. The development does not confirm with the relevant policies of the Local Plan 2011, Core Strategy, the NPPF and the Thame Neighbourhood Plan.

d)    P19/S2914/FUL – 25 Windmill Road and Pearce Court – Conversion of 25 Windmill Road to form three flats, and erection of a two storey building comprising two flats and associated parking. Alteration to existing office entrance.

Amendment No.1 – Additional Information: Land Contamination Questionnaire.

To note that having reviewed the amendment, it is the Officer’s view that it would not change the Town Council’s recommendation made on 15 October 2019 to Object on the grounds of Poor design, Poor residential access and Lack of amenity space.

To note that having reviewed the amendment, it is the Officer’s view that it would not change the Town Council’s recommendation of No Objections made on 15 October 2019.
