Minutes of a Meeting of the Planning & Environment Committee held on 26 July 2022 at 6:30pm in the Upper Chamber, Thame Town Hall.

1 Apologies for Absence

Apologies were received from Cllrs Austin (personal), Cowell (personal), Deacock (council business), Dodds (council business), Fickling (personal) and Gilbert (personal).

In the absence of the Chairman, Deputy Chairman Cllr Midwinter chaired the meeting.

 

2 Declarations of Interest and Dispensations

There were no declarations of interest.

 

3 Public Participation and Public Questions

There was no public participation.
There were no public questions put to the Committee.

 

4 Minutes

The Minutes of the Committee Meeting held on 5 July 2022 were confirmed as a correct record, and were signed by the Chairman.

Cllr Dite entered the meeting during this item.

 

5 Planning Applications

Following previous renovation works to No.8 to create No.6, formal approval required for No.6 to be separate dwelling.
