6 The Role of Historic Places in Getting to Net Zero – Historic Towns & Villages Forum

To note that the Neighbourhood Plan Continuity Officer attended this online training and has circulated a report and the training slides to Members.

 

7 For Information

a) Additional Information – P22/S0286/HH – Chestnuts, Moreton Road – Demolition of an existing chimney and fireplace, roof modifications and re-arrangement of the internal layout with correspondent changes to the elevations. (Bat Survey Report received 4 July 2022).

To note that having reviewed the additional information, Officers consider that it would not change the Town Council’s recommendation to support the application made on 22 February 2022.

b) Temporary Road Closure and “No Waiting” restriction at Thame, B4012 Howland Road.

To note that a temporary Notice is being made to implement the temporary closure and will operate from 04 August 2022 (between 19:00 and 06:00). The anticipated completion date is 05 August 2022. This is to facilitate road surfacing and reinstatement of road markings and lines

c) Withdrawn Application – P22/S2196/HH – 3 Roman Way – Relocation of rear side brick wall.

To note this application was withdrawn prior to determination on 13th July 2022.
