P20/S1360/FUL – 1 NASEBY CLOSE – AMENDMENT NO.1
Demolition of damaged garden wall and replacing with a new fence approximately 2m high. The new fence will enclose part of open land registered on the property deeds as being part of the property and includes a change of use from open land to residential garden (as shown in amended plans received 24th July 2020)

7 For Information
a) To note South Oxfordshire District Council’s amended constitution, in particular the changes to the call-in procedure for planning applications. A call-in within 28 days of the registration date will be required for all applications where the Town Council’s view is in conflict with the case officer’s recommendation, except for Major Applications (defined as ten or more dwellings, commercial space of over 1,000 square metres, or any sites over a hectare in size) or where another condition applies as set out in 1.1(c) of the Head of Planning functions within the constitution.
b) P20/S1777/FUL – 2 Garden City – Amendment No.1 – Demolition of existing bungalow and erection of a 3-bedroom detached dwelling (Plot 1) and a 4-bedroom detached dwelling (Plot 2) (Plot 1 handed and Plot 2 brought forward and additional arboricultural and ecological information as shown on documents received 28th July 2020).
To note that having reviewed the amendment it is the Officer’s view that it would not alter the Town Council’s recommendation to Support the application made on 16 June 2020.
c) To note that the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) has issued an update on building regulations and permitted development rights which are intended to encourage the provision of new homes through the construction of additional storeys on existing buildings.
d) APP/Q3115/W/20/3246528 – Appeal Decision – 10 Moats Crescent – Erection of bungalow following demolition of garage.
To note on 20 July 2020 the Planning Inspectorate has dismissed the appeal made by Mr & Mrs Brown against the decision by SODC to refuse to grant planning permission.
e) Notification of creation of independent address for farm house. Now separated from Park Meadow Farm and known as; Park Meadow Farmhouse, Thame Park Road.
f) P20/S2759/PDH – 80 Youen’s Drive – Single storey rear extension, with dual pitched roof. Extension Extend – 4.00 Height – 3.62 Height at Eaves 2.41.
The Local Planning Authority has stated it is unable to take any comments but if any Councillor has specific concerns please be prepared to raise them in the meeting.
g) Addition of the alias property name: Primrose House to the existing numbered property: 17 Cotmore Gardens, Thame.
h) Contrary Decision – P19/S2914/FUL – 25 Windmill Road and Pearce Court – Conversion of 25 Windmill Road to form three flats, and erection of a two storey building comprising two flats and associated parking. Alteration to existing office entrance.
To note the District Planning Authority has granted planning permission. The Town Council Objected to the planning application on 15 October 2019 on the grounds of poor access, poor design, poor amenity space and loss of a community facility.
