Replace lead flashing under seal and wood under lead. Supply and fit cosy glazing units to all fixed casement windows in the lounge. Unit to be frame less with white magnetic tape on cosy glazing and grey magnetic tape on window frames. Restoration: front door; replace bottom left ad panel in door. Cut away bottom left hand side of frame and scarf in new timbers and epoxy fill. Replace right hand side of frame. Sitting room: make good masonry. Supply and fit complete, exact replica window in Euro oak glazed with salvaged glass. Remove existing window, replace lead flashing under seal and wood under lead.

a)    P19/S2114/FUL – 29 Roundhead Drive – Amendment No.1 – Change of use from highways land to private garden. (As amended by amended plans received 27 August 2019).

To note that having reviewed the amendment it is the Officer’s view that it would not alter the Town Council’s recommendation of Objects made on 23 July 2019.

b)    P19/S2590/LDP – 5 Town Farm Close – Certificate of Lawful use to remove existing (original) conservatory roof, windows and doors. After structural openings and construct bricks, walls and new tiled lean to roof. Fit new doors and windows. The Local Planning Authority has stated it is unable to take any comments but if any Councillor has specific concerns please be prepared to raise them in the meeting.

c)    P19/S0617/LB – 41 High Street – Conversion of existing garage into accommodation and interior remodelling to the main house (Additional Heritage Statement received 20 May 2019.) (Additional Structural Report received 19 August 2019).

To note that having reviewed the amendment it is the Officer’s view that it would not alter the Town Council’s recommendation of No Objections plus Comments made on 12 March 2019.

d)    P19/S2261/FUL – Meadow View Park, Thame Football Partnership Tythrop Way – Creation of an Artificial Grass Pitch (AGP) with associated floodlighting, perimeter fencing and maintenance storage container at Thame Football Club. Plus floodlighting, spectator stands and macadam pathways to an existing natural turf pitch. Plus spectator stands, turnstile and mobile toilet block within the main stadium (additional contamination information received 23rd August 2019).

To note that having reviewed the amendment it is the Officer’s view that it would not alter the Town Council’s recommendation of Fully Supports made on 13 August 2019.

e)    P19/S0611/HH – 60 High Street – Formation of dropped kerb and removal of wall to create parking space.

At the Planning & Environment Committee meeting on 12 March 2019 No Objections was agreed subject to no objection from the County Highways Officer. The Highway Officer objected to the application on the grounds of highway safety and the District Council refused permission.

To note an appeal has been made to the Secretary of State against South Oxfordshire District Council’s decision to refuse the above planning application.
