Removal of 14 courses of apparently modern LBC marked bricks from the upper section of a wall between the gardens of 17 & 18 High Street. Small 50cm opening in lower 10 courses of older style bricks to facilitate entry. Erection of a dividing wall / fence to seal off 17 & 18 High Street for security.

a) P18/S2088/LDP – 72 Seven Acres – Single storey side extension, proposed front porch, internal alterations and conversion of part of garage to a utility room. The Local Planning Authority has stated it is unable to take any comments but if any Councillor has specific concerns please be prepared to raise them in the meeting.

b) P18/S0491/HH – Amendment No. 3 – 42 Cedar Crescent – Removal of existing garage and front and rear lean-to. Construction of single storey front, rear and side extensions (as amended by revised plans received 9 May 2018 and 25 June 2018, increasing the footprint at the front and rear). After reviewing the amendment the Officer’s opinion is that the additional information would not alter the Town Council’s original recommendation of approval.

c) Addition of property name ‘Parkview House’ to 18 Blackthorn Grange.

d) P18/S2284/LDP – 82 Corbetts Way – Erection of rear dormer. The Local Planning Authority has stated it is unable to take any comments but if any Councillor has specific concerns please be prepared to raise them in the meeting.

e) P18/S2213/LDP – 53 Coombe Hill Crescent – Conversion of garage for use as a room for child-minding. The Local Planning Authority has stated it is unable to take any comments but if any Councillor has specific concerns please be prepared to raise them in the meeting.
