a) P18/S0720/FUL – Land to the rear of White Horse Mews – Erection of single storey dwelling. This application was considered by the Town Council at their meeting on 10 April 2018 and recommended for refusal on the grounds of access, poor design, overdevelopment and adverse impact on the Burgage plot, conservation area and the setting of adjacent listed buildings. To note the District Council has refused planning permission on the similar grounds.
