9. For Information

a) P17/S4222/HH – Amendment No. 1 – 32 Youens Drive – Demolition of existing conservatory and construction of a single storey rear extension (as per amended plans received 23 January 2018). The Planning Officer did not grant an extension of time to allow discussion of this amendment, and so information circulated on 26 January 2018.

The Decision to grant permission was made on 8 February 2018. Officers consider that the amendment, by reducing the rear extension to a single storey, did enough to satisfy the concerns raised by the Town Council on overdevelopment of the site.

b) P18/S0244/LDP – 3 Cotmore Gardens – Construction of a single storey rear extension. Addition of resin-bonded hard-standing to front driveway. Addition of insulation to external brick storage shed to create utility room. Erection of 1.8m high fence screen on driveway. The Local Planning Authority has stated it is unable to take any comments but if any Councillor has specific concerns please be prepared to raise them in the meeting.

c) P17/S4441/O – Land North of Rycote Lane, Amendment No. 1 – Noise Assessment document added to planning application.

d) Update to Oxfordshire County Council Local List of Information Requirements for Validation of Planning and Related Applications. It is a statutory requirement that the Local List of Information Requirements for the Validation of Planning and Related Applications is updated at least every two years. The current Local List was published in January 2016 and is therefore due to be updated.

Following an informal consultation no major changes to the drivers are proposed. The only new item on the list is the requirement for a drainage strategy. The draft updated Local List can be viewed on the County Council’s website http://myeplanning.oxfordshire.gov.uk using reference LL.0088/17. The formal consultation on the updated Local list will run from 9 February 2018 until 2 March 2018.

e) Further to correspondence from Moreton residents regarding planning application P17/S2306/ – Land between Elmfield House and the Old Dairy, to note the Neighbourhood Plan Continuity Officer’s response sent on 8 February 2018.
