a) P18/S3162/FUL – Amendment No. 1 – Milton House, Station Yard – Erection of a second floor extension to the existing two storey block of flats, comprising 2 x 2 bedroom and 2 x 1 bedroom flats (Amended plans received 19 March 2019, reducing the proposed ridge height, incorporating dormer windows and omitting external balconies).
To note that after reviewing the additional information it is the Officer’s view that the amendment would not alter the Town Council’s Objections of: Overbearing / Loss of light / Unneighbourly / Overlooking / Overdevelopment / Poor design / Poor internal and external amenity space for future occupiers /Adverse impact on the character of the area / not in keeping / Adverse impact on the amenity of residents in Thame Park Road and Chinnor Road through the scale and bulk of the development / Highway safety / traffic generation / Inadequate parking provision resulting in on street parking / Adverse impact on the adjacent footpath to this planning application.
b) P18/S2077/FUL – 48A Ludsden Grove – Demolition of existing garage, alterations to existing garage, and erection of detached two-storey dwelling with parking and amenity space (as amended by plans received 16 January 2019 proposing an attached two storey dwelling instead of a detached dwelling). To note this application has been withdrawn.
