6 For Information

a) Amended Plans – P21/S3168/HH – 46 Cotmore Gardens – Construction of single storey rear/side extension to ground floor. Conversion of roof space including dropping of ceiling internally to create sufficient head height. Two dormers are to be constructed; one to both sides of the front roof section. (Amended block plan received to show additional parking spaces on 24 September 2021).

To note that having reviewed the amended plans, it is considered that they would not alter the Town Council’s recommendation made on 17 August 2021 to Object on the grounds of overdevelopment, out of character, and poor design.

b) Additional Information received 26.9.21 – P21/S2067/FUL – Land between Elmfield House & The Old Dairy, Moreton – Erection of a detached dwelling with garaging, parking and amenity space (removal of the basement, omission of two windows in the north elevation, and increase in size of garage to accommodate plant room as shown on amended plans received 10th August 2021 and additional preliminary ecological assessment and energy statement received 26th September 2021)

To note that having reviewed the additional information, it is the Officer’s view that it would not alter the Town Council’s recommendation made on 15 June 2021 to Support the application, plus response.

c) Amended Plans – P21/S1632/RM – Land North of Rycote Lane, Thame – Reserved matters following outline permission (P17/S4441/O) for appearance, landscaping, layout and scale. The erection of up to 180,000 square feet (up to 16,722 square metres) of B2/B8 with ancillary B1(a) and B1(c) together with parking, drainage, landscaping (structural and incidental) and highway works. (Amended Masterplan received 1st October 2021)

To note that having reviewed the amended masterplan, which shows further swept path analysis to address comments made by the Highways Authority, Officers consider that they would not alter the Town Council’s comments made by Full Council on 22 June 2021.

d) Pavement Licence Re-Application – To note that the Town Council has been consulted on a re-application for Pavement Licence at The Nags Head. There is no change to the furniture or plans from the previous application. The re-application refines the opening hours of the business. Due to this having 7-day consultation period end 14 October 2021, the application was considered by email.

e) Amended Plans – P21/S3187/HH – 9 Croft Close – Two storey side extension, single storey rear extension and new roof to porch (amended plans received 08 October 2021 removing front gable aspect of the extension).

To note that having reviewed the amended plans, it is considered that they would not alter the Town Council’s recommendation made on 17 August 2021 to support plus comment.

f) Pavement Licence Application Decision – The Swan Hotel, PAV/14880/21 – To note that the Licensing Officer has advised this application will be refused due to the proposed area being on a narrow road with frequent traffic and the impact that this could have on public safety as well as the impact on parking in the town.
