a) P16/S0715/FUL – Park Grange Farm, Thame Park Road – Contrary Decision. SODC refused the application on the grounds that it did not demonstrate that the existing employment use was unviable by marketing the property at a reasonable price for one year. Thame Town Council had no objections subject to a satisfactory response on the loss of commercial use.

b) P16/S2157/LDP – 77 Chinnor Road – Internal alterations. New rear dormer. Removal of chimney. The Local Planning Authority has stated it is unable to take any comments but if any Councillor has specific concerns please be prepared to raise them in the meeting.

c) P16/S2283/LDP – 2 Cotmore Gardens – Formation of habitable room in roof space with rear dormer. The Local Planning Authority has stated it is unable to take any comments but if any Councillor has specific concerns please be prepared to raise them in the meeting.
