7 Street Naming – Thame Park Road / Robin Gibb Road

To consider names submitted by residents and agree two street names on the development of 6 properties between Thame Park Road and Robin Gibb Road.

 

8 For Information

a) Planning Decision – P21/S0917/O – Reserve Site C, Thame – Outline application for access only for the construction of up to 57 dwellings (Class C3) with associated landscaping and open space.

To note that planning permission was granted on 21 September 2022. The Town Council supported the application, subject to satisfactory provision of publicly accessible open space, on 27 April 2021.

b) Pavement Licence Application – The Thatch, Thame – To note that the Town Council has been consulted on a re-application for a Pavement Licence at The Thatch, Thame. There are no changes to the furniture or plans from the previous application. Due to this application having a 7-day consultation period ending 5 October 2022, the application was circulated by email.

c) Amended Plans – P22/S3259/HH – 24 Onslow Drive – A full garage conversion of the integral garage. (as shown on amended plans and additional information received 29th September 2022)

To note that amended plans have been submitted following objection from the Highways Officer. Having reviewed the amended plans, Officers consider that it would not alter the Town Council’s recommendation of No Objection made on 27 September 2022.

d) P22/S2932/LB – Wall between No. 104 & 105 High Street – Creation of new opening at the first floor level between 104 & 105 High Street to allow for increased covers for Caffe Gloria.

To note that the District Conservation Officer has objected to the proposals. The Town Council recommended on 6 September 2022 to support the application subject to no objection from the District Conservation Officer, therefore the Town Council now objects to this application.

To further note that the application has been called into the District’s Planning Committee (date to be confirmed), if the Case Officer recommends refusal.

e) P22/S3644/LDP – 37 Glenham Road – Proposed loft conversion with dormer extension to rear roofslope.

To note that the application seeks confirmation from the Local Planning Authority that the proposed development is lawful and therefore they are unable to take any comments on the planning merits of the proposal into account. If any Councillor has specific concerns, please be prepared to raise them at the meeting.

f) P22/S3278/HH – 19 Horton Avenue – Proposed two storey/single storey side and rear extension (amended plan received 29 September 2022 showing center of neighbour’s window for BRE guidance)

To note that having reviewed the amended plans, Officers consider that it would not alter the Town Council’s recommendation to support the application made on 27 September 2022.

g) P22/S3647/LDP – 1 Bartone Place – Proposed loft conversion with dormer extension to rear roofslope and rooflights to front roofslope.

To note that the application seeks confirmation from the Local Planning Authority that the proposed development is lawful and therefore they are unable to take any comments on the planning merits of the proposal into account. If any Councillor has specific concerns, please be prepared to raise them at the meeting.
