Amendment No. 2
Erection of 2 no. two bed bungalows (Supplemented by plans received 05.01.2016 Drawing ref 01 & 02). (Amended by plans MCT 155 2:1 & MCT 155 3:1 to alter appearance of dwellings). (Further amended by plans MCT 156 01/02/03/04 to alter the depth, height and siting of the dwellings within the plot – previous amendments are superseded).

The Local Planning Authority has stated it is unable to take any comments but if any Councillor has specific concerns please be prepared to raise them in the meeting.
b) P16/S0398/FUL – Bull Lane – Erection of a two-storey two bedroom residential dwelling. To note the District Council’s decision to refuse planning permission.
c) P16/S1379/PDH – 16 Holliers Close – Replacement of existing single storey rear conservatory with new single storey conservatory in brick and glass. The Local Planning Authority has stated it is unable to take any comments but if any Councillor has specific concerns please be prepared to raise them in the meeting.
