7 Green High Street 2050: A Climate Emergency

To receive a report from Cllr Francis on the Green High Street 2050: A Climate Emergency conference held on 3 March 2020.

8 For Information

a)    P19/S1596/FUL – Amendment No.4 – Park Meadow Cottage – Erection of two 2-bed dwellings and four 3-bed dwellings (additional updated tracking plan received 25th February 2020).

To note that having reviewed the amendment it is the Officer’s view that it would not alter the Town Council’s Objections of; overdevelopment, failure to provide affordable housing in line with recognised need, failure to provide a Thame-specific Affordable Housing and Dwelling Mix Strategy, out of character with the area and failure to identify bicycle parking.

b)    To note the Town Council’s response to Oxfordshire County Council’s Minerals and Waste (Part 2 Site Allocations) Consultation submitted on 3 March 2020.
