6 Reports from Town Council Representatives

a)    Transport Representative – Cllr Francis

7 For Information

a)    To note that cases have been raised with SODC Enforcement relating to 94 High Street (Reaston Brown), Unit 8 Thame Park Business Centre (Thame Fitness) and the field opposite Pickenfield Junction (Stoford employment advertisement sign).

b)    P19/S2664/FUL – 27 Upper High Street – Contrary Decision – Variation of condition 2 of planning permission P18/S2564/FUL, in order to allow Sunday opening (10am – 4pm) for a 1 year trial period (as specified within applicant’s email dated 18th November 2019)

To note the District Planning Authority has granted planning permission, the Town Council Objected to the planning application on the grounds that the extended opening hours would be Unneighbourly. The Town Council commented that the fitting of extraction equipment would alleviate some of the neighbour’s concerns.

c)    P19/S3031/HH – 9 Sycamore Drive – Amendment No. 1 – Erection of single storey extension to the front, and two storey extension to the side and rear (as shown in amended plans submitted 28th November 2019).

To note that having reviewed the amendment it is the Officer’s view that it would not alter the Town Council’s recommendation of No Objections plus Comments made on 5 November 2019. However, as the amendment removes the balcony, it is the Officer’s view that the concerns raised via the comment no longer apply.

d)    P19/S0480/FUL – Thame Service Station, Long Crendon Road – Amendment No.5 – Two Drive Thru (A1, A3, A5) Pods with associated landscaping, hardstanding and other associated works. (Updated Flood Risk Addendum and Annexe submitted 25 November 2019).

To note that having reviewed the amendment it is the Officer’s view that it would not alter the Town Council’s recommendation to Object on the grounds of Loss of HGV parking and coach parking.

e)    Addition of the alias property name: Thame House to the existing numbered property 25 Arnold Way.
