7. For Information

a) Amendment No. 1, 60 Porth, Queens Road – to note the original planning application was recommended for approval at the Planning & Environment Committee meeting on 20 December 2016. The amendment shows a reduction in the height of the roof, the removal of the window serving the en suite, the inclusion of high level roof light serving the en suite and obscure glazing to the first floor bathroom window. It is considered these amendments would further enhance the proposals and it is proposed to make no further comment. However, if any Councillor has specific concerns please be prepared to raise them in the meeting.

b) P17/S0632/PDH – 33 Croft Road – Demolition of existing rear conservatory and replacement with a new single storey rear extension. The Local Planning Authority has stated it is unable to take any comments but if any Councillor has specific concerns please be prepared to raise them in the meeting.

c) P16/S2874/FUL – to note – planning permission has been granted for the removal of condition 22 – Code For Sustainable Homes on planning permission P14/S1619/O and discharge of condition 4 – Secured by Design. Construction of 108 dwellings including affordable housing, hard and soft landscaping open space, parking provision and associated infrastructure. Email notification of the decision arrived too late for inclusion on the agenda for the Planning & Environment meeting on 21 February 2017. At which the Neighbourhood Plan Continuity Officer requested guidance as to the next steps. It has now been established it cannot be called in but the NPCO will continue the campaign with SODC.

d) P17/S0385/LB – 91 & 92 High Street – Amendment No. 1 to note the original planning application was recommended for approval at the Planning & Environment Committee meeting on 21 February 2017. Given the amendment gives more detail on the fixing of the bracket to the wall it is proposed to make no further comment. However, if any Councillor has specific concerns please be prepared to raise them in the meeting

e) Tetsworth Neighbourhood Plan – to note that Tetsworth Parish Council has submitted an application to South Oxfordshire District Council to revise the boundary of their neighbourhood plan area designation. The new proposal follows the parish boundaries of Tetsworth. The consultation is open for six weeks from 20 February 2017 to 3 April 2017.

f) P16/S3484/FUL – 3 Jefferson Way – Change of use from B1 (light industry) to A1 (retail warehouse). As amplified by additional supporting information received 13 December 2016. To note the application has been withdrawn.

Thame Town Council recommended approval at the Planning & Environment Committee meeting on 9 August 2016, SODC subsequently refused planning permission on 10 October 2016, so it is assumed that no further comment is required.
