6 For Information

a)    P20/S1989/N1A – Daf Trucks Ltd Eastern Bypass – Change of use of Building 1 from offices (Class B1) to residential (Class C3) to comprise 45 flats with ancillary facilities and parking.

This notification seeks determination from the District Council as to whether the prior approval of the authority is required related to:

  1. transport & highways impacts of the development
  2. flooding risks on the site
  3. contamination risks on the site
  4. noise impacts

The Local Planning Authority has stated it is unable to take any comments but if any Councillor has specific concerns please be prepared to raise them in the meeting.

b)    P20/S0015/FUL & P20/S0016/LB – 107 High Street – Amendment No.2

Conversion of existing first/second floor flat to create four flats.(Amended plans and additional information received 15 April 2020) (Amended plans and additional information received 9 June 2020).

To note that having reviewed the amendment it is the Officer’s view that it would not alter the Town Council’s recommendation of No Objections plus comments made on 28 April 2020.

To further note that the Town Council welcomes that most of the sash windows will now remain as existing rather than be replaced with aluminium framed windows.

c)    P19/S0480/FUL – Thame Service Station, Long Crendon Road – Additional Information

Two Drive Thru (A1, A3, A5) Pods with associated landscaping, hardstanding and other associated works. (Updated Flood Risk Assessment received 27 March 2020 and Additional Information received 4 June 2020).

To note that having reviewed the additional information it is the Officer’s view that it would not alter the Town Council’s recommendation to Object on the grounds of Loss of HGV parking and coach parking.
