Erection of a new hoarding sign.

Single storey side extension (approved but not yet built). First floor to side.
P20/S1852/FUL – DAF TRUCKS LTD EASTERN BYPASS
Application under S73 of the Town and County Planning Act 1990 for variation of Condition 2 – amended plans and 5 – amendment to means of access for the full application and Condition 4 – amended plans for the outline application of P18/S3143/O. “Hybrid planning application with: Outline permission (all matters reserved except for access) sought for demolition of existing buildings and development of 1511 sqm (gross) of offices within Class B1 and up to 129 dwellings within Class C3 and associated works. Full planning permission sought for erection of a 68 bed care home within Class C2 and associated access, vehicular parking, landscaping, ancillary infrastructure and other works.”

Demolition of damaged garden wall and replacing with a new fence approximately 2m high. The new fence will enclose part of open land registered on the property deeds as being part of the property and includes a change of use from open land to residential garden.

a) Transport Representative – Cllr Francis
6 For Information
a) P20/S1989/N1A – Daf Trucks Ltd Eastern Bypass – Change of use of Building 1 from offices (Class B1) to residential (Class C3) to comprise 45 flats with ancillary facilities and parking.
This notification seeks determination from the District Council as to whether the prior approval of the authority is required related to:
- transport & highways impacts of the development
- flooding risks on the site
- contamination risks on the site
- noise impacts
The Local Planning Authority has stated it is unable to take any comments but if any Councillor has specific concerns please be prepared to raise them in the meeting.
b) P20/S0015/FUL & P20/S0016/LB – 107 High Street – Amendment No.2
Conversion of existing first/second floor flat to create four flats.(Amended plans and additional information received 15 April 2020) (Amended plans and additional information received 9 June 2020).
To note that having reviewed the amendment it is the Officer’s view that it would not alter the Town Council’s recommendation of No Objections plus comments made on 28 April 2020.
To further note that the Town Council welcomes that most of the sash windows will now remain as existing rather than be replaced with aluminium framed windows.
c) P19/S0480/FUL – Thame Service Station, Long Crendon Road – Additional Information
Two Drive Thru (A1, A3, A5) Pods with associated landscaping, hardstanding and other associated works. (Updated Flood Risk Assessment received 27 March 2020 and Additional Information received 4 June 2020).
To note that having reviewed the additional information it is the Officer’s view that it would not alter the Town Council’s recommendation to Object on the grounds of Loss of HGV parking and coach parking.
