a) P18/S0398/PDH – 46 Towersey Drive – Single storey rear extension. The Local Planning Authority has stated it is unable to take any comments but if any Councillor has specific concerns please be prepared to raise them in the meeting.
b) P18/S0715/LDP – 86 Corbetts Way – Formation of habitable room in loft space with velux roof lights. The Local Planning Authority has stated it is unable to take any comments but if any Councillor has specific concerns please be prepared to raise them in the meeting.
c) P17/S4127/PDO – Building 1 (DAF Trucks) Kingsmead Business Park Howland Road – Change of use from offices (Class B1) to residential (Class C3) to comprise 45 flats with ancillary facilities and parking. Contrary Decision – To note the District granted Prior Approval on 17 January 2018. The Town Council recommended refusal on the grounds that the application did not constitute Permitted Development.
d) P17/S4441/O – Amendment No. 2 – Land north of Rycote Lane – Archaeological Evaluation added to the application.
e) A4129 – Tythrop Way – Notification of carriage maintenance works commencing 23 March 2018 for one night (20:00 – 6:00). Limited access will be maintained for emergency service vehicles and for frontages within the closed section of road, subject to the progress of the works.
