7. New Street Name – for development of 9 New Units off Thame Park Road

To note the developers have suggested the street name ‘Elton Field’ for the new road serving the nine dwellings on the site off Thame Park Road (P17/S2210/FUL).

To consider endorsing the name suggested or propose alternative name(s) for the new road.

a) P18/S3531/FUL – Amendment No. 4 – Unit 3, Wenman Road – Change of Use from B8 (Storage and Distribution) to D2 (Indoor Sports and Leisure) incorporating internal and external alterations (car parking redesigned, cycle stands amended, disabled access ramp and delivery door added and internal layout altered as shown on amended plans and additional information received 23 November 2018 and gym timetable submitted 17 January 2019 and provision of ramped fire exits as shown on amended plans received 8 February 2019).

To note that having reviewed the latest amendments it is the officer’s view that they would not alter the Town Council’s recommendation of refusal.

b) P19/S0041/FUL – Highclere, Thame Park Road – Change of use from unused agricultural land, to a place of business as an outdoor forest school (for maximum of 10 children at any one time). To note this application has been withdrawn.

c) P19/S0655/LDP – 1 Queens Road – Proposed Lawful Development of Formation of habitable room in roof space with velux roof lights. The Local Planning Authority has stated it is unable to take any comments but if any Councillor has specific concerns please be prepared to raise them in the meeting.
