7. For Information

a) P18/S1243/FUL – Amendment No. 1 – DAF Trucks Ltd, Eastern Bypass – At the Annual Meeting of the Council on 8 May 2018 the Council recommended refusal. The latest amendment shows the addition of a Foul Drainage Statement. After reviewing the amendment the Officer’s opinion is that the additional information would not alter the Town Council’s original recommendation of refusal.

b) Thame 10k – 24 June 2018 – Temporary Road Closure Notice.

c) Addition of the alias property name: ‘Harmony’ to the existing numbered property: 29 Warren Mead.

d) P18/S1534/LDP – 49 Queens Road – Loft conversion. The Local Planning Authority has stated it is unable to take any comments but if any Councillor has specific concerns please be prepared to raise them in the meeting.

e) P18/S1362/FUL – Amendment No. 1 – 2 Lupton Road – Proposed industrial unit associated with Media Act Ltd – Additional plan received 01/06/2018. After reviewing the amendment the Officer’s opinion is that the additional information would not alter the Town Council’s original recommendation of approval.

f) P17/S4297/FUL – Land West of Thame Park Road – Amendment No. 1 – Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of Planning Permission P15/S2166/RM. To confirm that following a review by Town Council Officers Amendment No. 1 is a technical correction as suggested by the Town Council in their response dated 11 January 2018 (attached) to the consultation on Variation of condition 2 (approved plans).
